Manufacture date based on serial number on GS116

Is there a formula to figure out the manufacture date based on the serial number?

It's not relevant to the HTTP issue, I would like to know how old is the switch

The GS116v1 (v = version) was released on 2007 while the GS116v2 was released on 2012.  There is no formula to figure out the manufacture date based on the serial number of the switch.
