ProSafe 16 Port GS116v2 is dead. Purchased January 2018
Bought a 20 year old house with a wiring cabinet. WI has issues, so decided to get a switch and use ethernet. Received the GS116 v2 on January 13, 2018. When it completely died had to replace it with 2 AT&T switches. What are my options?

Since the GS116v2 is faulty, I advise you access this link then click on pinkish red button that says "Guided Assistance" to get a replacement and follow the steps.
Otherwise, you may open a chat or online case with NETGEAR Support here at anytime. Kindly state the status of the GS116v2. Be ready to submit a .doc or .pdf copy of the Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice of the GS116v2 for warranty verification. If ever the hardware warranty is still valid, an online replacement will follow.
