ProSafe XS508M losing connectivity

ProSafe XS508M losing connectivity
Hello there,
I got the XS508M switch and I'm having an issue. The device gets "idle" and all the computers lose connection.
Sometimes I can fix the problem with Windows thoubleshoops problems tools, but only on my personal computer, but the majority of the time I need to power off the switch for 1 minute and then it starts to work.
The problem occurs randomly some times every 2 weeks, but this week it has been 2 consecutive days.
Any ideas to solve this issue?

Router/Server (linux Based) >
XS508M switch>
2 Windows PC with TP-Link TX401 10Gb NIC
1 Windows PC with Qnap QXG-2G1T-I225 2.5Gb NIC
2 PC Linux Based with regular Intel 1Gb NIC

Since the XS508M is an unmanaged switch, there are no settings that can be checked. Kindly access the XS508M product support page here then click on the button that says "Guided Assistance" and follow the online instructions to process an online replacement.
