Prosafe GS108v4 Switch
I purchased a GS108v4 switch back in October 2017. The last few weeks I have noticed that the switch starts acting up and I need to reboot it. I have needed to reboot it once a day for the last 2 days to get it to stop lagging while I am gaming. I was trying to contact support, but that is such a PITA on Netgear's website I decided to come here to ask a few questions. I purchased the Netgear switch because of it's lifetime warranty. How in the hell do I palce a warranty claim, since I cannot speak to anyone at Netgear? There should be no reason this switch should be failing after just 6 months of use. I do not have a ton of data running through it. If it is this much of a pain to get support for a lifetime warranted device this will be the LAST Netgear product I purchase.
