Unable to access JGS524E
After installing the latest version of ProSafe Plus Utility, can no longer access my JGS524E switch. I have not changed the default password.
The earlier version of ProSafe Plus Utility was 2.2.11. I have searched for alternatives to do a factory reset without need to use the utility software but have found nothning. I found a description that it should be possible to use the serial number as password, but that did not work. I have alse re-installed the original software, but I am not able to login from that anymore either.
I hope anyone can help me out here, so that I can access the configuration pages of the switch.
