GS108LP switches off on its own randomly

Hi

Has anyone else had the same issue where the switch randomly powers off and back on again? I have IP phones plugged in to it and it happens minimum once a day, cutting off a call in the process!

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

TMW

Re: GS108LP switches off on its own randomly

@TheManWho,

Since the GS108LP is an unmanaged switch, I suggest having it replaced.

If your GS108LP switch is still within the store warranty period, kindly return it back to store and ask for a replacement.  Otherwise, kindly open a chat or online support ticket with NETGEAR Support here at anytime to process an online replacement.
