Impossible to claim warranty on 16 Port ProSafe Switch GS116v2
The switch is dead, does not light up.
Tested power pack and it is OK.
Tried many times to phone Australian Netgear support line 1300 361 254 and it always rings out and never get an answer.
I need to talk to support to get an RMA so I can return the dead switch to claim warranty and get a replacement, but if Netgear never answer their phone I am unable to claim warranty. This stinks!
Also messaged Netgear via Facebook and get no response their either.

While the number looks OK for Down Under, better head to https://my.netgear.com for the product registration (if not done before) and to get in touch with the customer service.
