I have a NETGEAR DOCSI 3.1 modem. Model CM1200. We purchased the Arris AX11000 router for its WIFI capability. The two work fine together, but when I plug my NETGEAR GS116 switch it does not work. Any suggestions?

Re: Trouble with GS116
The GS116 is a non-managed switch which should be working with easy for adding more ports to your Arris router or on one of it's satellites.
Tell us more on how/where this GS116 is connected to this set-up with the Netgear cable modem and the Aris WiFi system.
