register my gs105
Hi team - I have one of these metal boxes and tried to register it but no luck - serial number is not recognized by the online automated system. Is there a way to add it to my profile so I can get support?
I have it connected to a GS110TP, and it lights up the uplink port fine, but when I add a WNAP320 to it (powered by the wall) the access point does not get a connection. I connected other stuff to and same thing, port light blinks lazily and no connection. Could it be that this device has just failed?

As per your other post it's a brand new out of the box GS105PE aparently DoA if the GbE ports (and I'm speaking of non-PoE at this point - I'll follow up your other post ref. the GS105PE and PoE) are not workable - so back to the vendor (Amazon) for replacement. A little bit strange that your product serial is not recognized, but only a Netgear community person can help/assist on that point.
Worth a try would be to check if the GS105PE does have the current firmware and bootloader by using the Web UI and/or the ProSafe Plus Configuration Utility (note there are at least two different hardware versions under the hood) just in case you might have hit an interoperability issue fixed in the meantime.
