Hi Everyone,
Came back from holidays to find this 😞 Thought initally was a drive failure ad swapped new one in .. only to realise that there was a second drive issue. 😞 So the quick question is - Is there any way back from this or am I stuffed. Any help appreciated thanks. David.

One option is to contact Netgear paid support. You'll need data recovery https://kb.netgear.com/69/ReadyNAS-Data-Recovery-Diagnostics-Scope-of-Service
You could also try cloning one (or both) of the failed disks to working drives. You'd need to use a cloning program that does a sector by sector copy. Then insert the clones into the NAS, and attempt to boot it up as read-only (which is one of the boot-menu options).
