3200 to 3200 Rsync Backup Fails

I have two 3200s (4.2.21)  that were using rsync to backup volume c from one to the other successfully. Recently it stopped working. I've tried recreating the job but it still fails. When ran manually it shows the job starting but after refreshing the page it has stopped. I check the logs after each try and it always says "No backup log exists for this job".

I have SSH access in to the 3200 running the backup and tried looking in /var/log/frontview/backup for any logs but nothing is there. I'm not even sure this is where I should be looking for clues.

Any thoughts/advice is greatly appreciated.

Re: 3200 to 3200 Rsync Backup Fails

4.2.21 is very old firmware and might have some compatibility issues with your web browser.

Could you update to 4.2.28 and try again?

Re: 3200 to 3200 Rsync Backup Fails

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately right now the NAS is in production and pretty busy so I might have to wait a bit before I can update it. But if I can't figure out anything in the meantime then your suggestion is definitely the way to go. Thanks again!
