Adding a drive
I currently have 4 hard drives in my ReadyNAS Pro 6 in a RAID 1 configuration (So it's basically like having 2 drives). All are 3 TB drives. I'd like to add a 1 TB drive just for some additional storage. What would happen if I just dropped a 1 TB drive into the NAS? Also, keep in mind, I DON'T currently have a computer to interface with the NAS (Just my phone)?

Re: Adding a drive
You are running flexraid, so the normal procedure is to hot-insert the drive. Then log into Frontview, and create a new volume using the drive. That won't be that easy due to the phone screen size, but it should be possible with enough zooming and scrolling.
Maybe you should ask for a tablet for Christmas???

Re: Adding a drive
I can see it on my Galaxy S4, but it is not that easy to navigate. Try it first, and see.
