Alternative way of disconnecting USB Drives

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is another way that my customer can disconnect their USB drives without me having to first go into frontview and disconnect the device. Of course they can't just yank it as even with full journaling this could cause issues.

I am wondering if there is some kind of app of button sequence they can go through. The NV+ had something where you held the backup button down for 5 seconds.

I don't wish to provide the customer full access to frontview for obvious reasons.

Thanks...

I don't believe this option is available for the newer units. There have been some issues before about drives being read only because it wasn't ejected on frontview. I think it's better if you will submit this as a feature request, it seemed like a good feature.

Yes but this does not seem to work on Pro 6.
