Archive Bit Samba
Hello,
I have a Readynas 2100 v2, running latest firmware. I have done apt-get update && apt-get upgrade, before seeing here that it is not advised.
I'm running Samba 3.5.16 and RALUS.
When I move my files from my file server (Win 2k3) to the NAS for testing, the archive bit was kept on each file and differential backup ran properly. However, the full backup when ran on the NAS doesn't reset the archive Bit, hence I still have to do a full backup every day.
Is there anyway to fix this ? I found many different information here, but most seem outdated.
Thanks in advance !
