Backup Job always in queue

Hi, I've created a new backup job with this parameters:

Source
Type: remote
Name: Windows / Nas (Timestamp) also tried with Windows (Archive Bit)
Host: 172.21.1.10 also tried with <hostname>
Path: <share>/<foldername>
Login: <username>
Password: <password>

Test result succesfully in any case.

Destination
Type: share
Name: Backup
Path: <subfoldername>

Without schedulation.

When I try to start backup, job status changing in "In queue" and nothing happens.
What's wrong?

What version of ReadyNAS OS are you running?

Do you have any other backup jobs? Are they running?

The running version is the last 6.1.9 and there isn't any other job.
I've a RN104 with 4 3TB WD RED.

Can you successfully connect to the remote PC using those credentials from another PC?

Yes I can, I'm an IT and I know how authentication works between two PC.
With this credentials my notebook communicates with my desktop PC without problems.
