Should have seen that Smiley Embarassed

Is rsync enabled and set to read/write for HiddenBackupRsyncShare?

Re: Backup failure

What is the remote destination?  Another NAS?

No, same device.

127.0.0.1 with a specified share.

Re: Backup failure

Not set to read/write.  Toggled the setting and it now seems to ber working.

This seems like a obvious answer -- possibly the default should be read/write.  Or fix the error message.

At any rate thanks for the help.
