Wish I would have browsed the forum before updating my RN102 to 6.4. It won't boot after updating to 6.4 automatically via the browser.
When I push the power button, nothing happens. If I hold the power button I hear the disks spin up but not lights come on. The second I release the power button it dies again. I cannot access the boot menu or the USB Recovery.

Re: CASE# 25884573 - Updating RN102 to 6.4 bricked it.
Hey Brian,
Yes. That is the KB I used as reference for creating the USB flash drive. I tried 3 different flash drives and also tried 6.4 as well as 6.2.5 as the image.
No response while trying to boot. Like I said, when I press the power button nothing but when I hold it, the drive spin up until I release the button.
I also tried a spare blank HDD installed with the USB recovery too.
