Can See shares but can not access data

My ReadyNas NV-v2 is on a closed network.

Over the weekend we had a power outage, now I can access the "ReadyNAS" software and when I open Windows explorer I get all of my shares but when I try to go into a folder it says "Windows cannot access \\My-NAS\software" as if it doesn't exist on the network.

 

I looked at the logs:

I replaced the failing drive and left it to rebuild however it still doesnt work so I am still none the wiser as to why I can not access any of the data.

PLEASE HELP
