Can't Access Support

Hi,

I want to access support via email. First I go here: https://my.netgear.com/registration/login.aspx. Next, I try to log in, but the system says my email address was not found and "please confirm your details or register." So I try to reset my password, but the system says no matching account for that email address. So then I try to register my product. (Why won't your system accept email addresses in camel case?) But your system says the serial number has already been registered. But this device is a replacement device you sent me after an earlier device proved defective. And in the process, you sent me numerous emails to the address I'm entering now!

So how am I supposed to access the system if it doesn't recognize my email address? :x

Good question? Might want to double check what your inputting, besides that whats your issue?

I've done this several times. Also, my email address is being entered automatically by my software, so if there were something wrong with what's being entered, it would also show up on other sites.

As for my issue, when I press "Setup" in ReadyNAS RAIDar, a tab on my browser opens, but the page never loads; the browser just spins and waits.
