HI,
I have a ReadyNas N104 with firmware 6.4.0. I have backup all my photos from my phone via readyCloud backup. BUt I can't access all my photos now.
I can see the folder cosumed around 30GB. but I can't access any of the files. I need my photos back. Please help.
Can you access the other shares on the NAS?
Where on the NAS did you back up the photos?
go to share tab then select folder settings, make sure "anonymous permission" is enabled and then file access hit "reset"
