ReadyNas 102
Firmware 6.4 updated through web interface.
When I turn on the device the power light has a slow flash and this never stops.
After this I can no longer access the web interface
I can ping the IP address successfullly but when I try to connect I get 'Connection Refused'
I've tried reinstalling the firmware from a boot USB. I've tried rolling back to 6.2.5 but same results regardless.
Readycloud says the device is Offline
Any suggestions would be welcome

Wasn't able to see NAS using RAIDar either.
However, I managed to get it resolved by carrying out an OS reinstall (http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22892)
After that everything is working fine.

Hi mgf,
I have the same issue but the link to your solution is dead. Are you able to point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance for any help

Re: Can't access web interface since firmware 6.4
Ok, so then this forum doesn't work. 🙂
I hit "reply" to message #3 and that link was the broken one, not the link you posted.
Why do all messages have a "reply" button when all replies go at the bottom of the thread and don't explicitly refer to the message whose "reply" button was pressed?

Yes, that link was wrong (as the subsequent posts pointed that out).

Good question.
My workaround is to quote some of the post I am replying to,

The link for the fix is here : http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22892
The original poster accidently included a ) at the end rendering it a broken link...
