Can't find share volume after HD failed

My Problem is my NV+ Power supply failed and I took all the HD out and I am sure I labelled them 1 to 4 and when it got repaired and I re-inserted all my 1T Seagate HD back my volume is no longer available and disk 2 is failing. I tried to replaced HD 2 but still my existing volume is not detected. Now the replacement HD2 I put in is dead so I put back my original one. My ReadNAS NV+ is out of warranty and no support from Netgear, can you have a go or telnet/ssh to it and try to fix it please? As I said the original HD 2 is back in and is giving me smart failed error but I have 2 new HD ready to replace it. Also HD3 is showing relocation counting higher. I can pay you if you can get it working for me since it has never got back my volume after the repair. I can't resync it on front view, I did upgraded the firmware and added 2-3 add ons after the repair such as SSH.

I think when I formatted it was raid 5, front view now show:

Ch 1 : Seagate ST31000340NS [931 GB] 0 MB free
Ch 2 : Seagate ST31000528AS [931 GB] 928 GB free
Ch 3 : Seagate ST31000340NS [931 GB] 0 MB free
Ch 4 : Seagate ST31000340NS [931 GB] 928 GB free

I had Backup, media and users as shared folders with data on it. They are all disable on frontview now./

This is the error on my frontview log

The paths for the shares listed below could not be found. Typically, this occurs when the ReadyNAS is unable to access the data volume. media users backup.

If some-one can fix it for me remotely/telnetI can pay them.

Thanks

Re: Can't find share volume after HD failed

Your best option is to open an online ticket at http://www.readynas.com/support with the Netgear support team. The online ticket system does not always require warranty coverage to help you. Once you have a case open please edit the subject line with your case number.

Re: Can't find share volume after HD failed Case 18474622

I have already opened up a case on 30/04/2012 and they can't help me since it's out of warranty, I am left on my own and seeking help in this forum.

Will put the NAS in telnet mode next week and let you know the public ip thanks Qinghong.he
I can put all the original disc in but disc 2 is dead it tells me. I can put a new disc 2 in if you like. Also disc 3 is increasing in allocation errors and it might die soon.

Re: Can't find share volume after HD failed

If original disk 2 has dead, then reboot this unit to telnet with another 3 disks and forward the port 23 to public IP and PM it to me.
Now I need not new disk 2.
