Can't install on device nor can upload it on RN104

Hi, 

 

Does anyone have an issue installing apps or even uploading to NAS. It looks like after update my nas can't find any apps nor i can upload it manually. Btw this is not a first time I lose my apps. last time i got support where I still have 24/7 phone support, but the number they give me on this site appears to be invalid.

 

And yes I have internet, I can acces my shares remotly, but no apps functionality is working there.

 

Really thankfull for support by Neatgear.

You may download the logs and then send it to me. We will check what is causing the issue. You may send it by uploading it to a file-sharing site then PM me the download link.
