Cannot access web admin interface on RN102 after uninstalling an app

Hi Folks,

I am Daniel and I have a Readynas RN102. I tried to install and uninstall the App ReadyNAS Photos II. The uninstallation failed and I was told the connection was lost. After that I tried to reboot the NAS. Shares are available but the interface is not available. Even the already insalled Apps are not available. I saw that there is a fix but it seems as it is only sent by PM.

I tried to connect via ssh, but after typing in the password into Putty, Putty itself just closes... Please help.

Was ssh enabled before the problem?

You can contact Netgear Support (support.netgear.com) - they shouldn't charge to fix this.

Hi all,
Same problem. I can't access my RN102. It was working slowly with 6.2.2 and I unistalled Jommla app. Now I can't access to him. I don't know if ssh was enabled.

I need help.

buty's system has also been fixed.

For those who may come across this thread please update to 6.2.3 before uninstalling any apps.
