Cannot connect to RN10104 with Windows 10

Hi, Windows explorer has just declared it cannot find the RN10104 on the network.

 

Raidar connects ok & I can do all the functions from there.

 

Looks like a windows problem - any thoughts where to look to get a reliable connection?

 

I have tried readcloud also - the NAS is not found either

Thanks - no improvement.  Further research pointed to the AntiVirus all on the NAS - turning this off fixed everything

There is a bug with Windows 10 at the moment. Hopefully Microsoft will push out the update that addresses this issue soon.

You could try going to e.g. \\ip.address.of.nas or \\hostname

Ah. There is a known issue with that service at the moment which we are working on.
