Cannot login to the mynetgear site

Hi, I cannot login to my ordinary Mynetgear account. I changed the pasword and when i try to login i receive the following message :

Error :: Unexpected Error::'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 122-123: ordinal not in range(128)

Does anyone have an idea to resolve this ? Thanks in advance

Hi, I have been in touch with netgear product support today and they mentioned that there is an issue the wotk on. Thanks for your help on reporting this.

This issue has been reported to the corresponding team and they are now working on this.

Have you tried using different browsers as well? or clearing cache of your browser first?
