Cannot see RN104 on any machine

Cannot see RN104 on any machine
Hi,
For some reason I cannot map or see any shares on my new RN104. I have tried all the user security permissions ip but no luck. Boils down to this. I can access it through the static ip 192.168.1.50 and see all the shares and stuff I have transferred already. See screenshot below:
And here is the error when mapping:
I have tried this on 4 machines in the house. 2 W7 and 2 xp. The xp's throw up the error "a device attached to the system is not working".
Any response is appreciated.
*edit: I can also see and map friends Qnap no prob.

You should be accessing \\homestorage\videos (leaving out "data", which is the volume name)
