Copy #nnn of test.file
What is this and why are there so many of them? I have 125 of them in the recycle bin. I cannot find any reference to them on the web or this forum. They are all 0KB in Windows Explorer when looking at the Recycle Bin. I am not creating 0KB files. What is and why?

Re: Copy #nnn of test.file
HI, did you guys ever get this resolved? I have the same thing happening. It started the same day I installed Norton, although Norton's tech support said they "never write a test.file". I haven't confirmed it is Norton, but have eliminated most other services. The test.file appears to get created and deleted on reboots and initial user log on.
