Disable Automatic Recycle Bin on ReadyNas 102
I have a ReadyNas 102 and am using 3rd party backup software and the default Backup Folder on the NAS box.
The problem is everytime it creates a new backup it is putting the old one into a Automatic Recycle Bin on the NAS box and the NAS box drives are then getting full and the backups are failing as a result.
Is there any way to disable the automatic recycle bin please? I had a look in the options on the web interface for the NAS box but could not find any options to disable this annoying automatic recycle bin feature.

Re: Disable Automatic Recycle Bin on ReadyNas 102
Recycle bin for SMB shares was never enabled in the ReadyNAS OS 6.x firmwares. Is that folder possibly being created by the backup software? Was recycle bin possibly enabled previously from the ReadyNAS back-end?

Re: Disable Automatic Recycle Bin on ReadyNas 102
If I copy a file on that folder or one of the other folders, such as Documents and then delete it, the NAS box is then creating a directory called Recyle Bin in that folder with the deleted file inside it.
The backup software is not good enough to create a recycle bin itself.

Re: Disable Automatic Recycle Bin on ReadyNas 102
Definitely sounds like it got enabled from the back-end, then.
Mind making a config backup of your NAS (System > Settings > Configuration Backup) and sending it over (attn: siigna)?
