Activated services: SMB, ReadyDLNA, UPnP, HTTP and HTTPS.
ReadyCLOUD and ReadyNAS Remote are both in ON-state.

Re: Disc spin-down not working
mdgm: Your q about services made me do some tests.
I found that the problem probably is caused by the ReadyDLNA-service.
By disable the entire ReadyDLNA-service or only it's autoscan functionality I got the
spin-down working with inactivity settings 30 minutes and higher.
Can anyone else confirm this? Is this normal behaviour?

Re: Disc spin-down not working
If it is scanning very regularly for new files, yes it will prevent the disks from spinning down.
Disk spin-down is useful for units with low numbers of services running with long periods in the day when data is not being read.

Re: Disc spin-down not working
I had some initial problem setting up the disk spin-down functionality.
Is it so that you have to set the start time for spin-down well within the interval for power schedule?
Power 11am - 1am(next day).
1. Spin-down 12am - 12am working
2. Spin-down 10am - 12am and 11am - 12am not working
Running OS 6.2.4 and been seeing this on early 6.2.x.
