Does Prosupport still support an old ReadyNas RN104? Swapped a bad disk and now stuck on reboot
Hello,
Looks like I can add ProSupport for my ReadyNas 104 that is pretty old.
Prosupport is $130 for 3 years.
People in my similar situation have had someone log into their NAS remotly and get it going again.
I know there is no guarantees, but is this something pro-support can attempt? Can they log into my Nas remotly and download logs?
Thanks. I can see my nas with NetGear Radair. So that is promising.
I swapped a drive that went bad. Used the exact same make model size drive. Looks like it finished sorting and everything worked good. Unplugged the box to move it a few weeks later and it wouldn't start up. Nas just gets stuck on upnp.httpd.service every time I try to restart it.
If pro-support can make decent attempts to help, I'll plan on purchasing.
