Dropbox Fails

My dropbox sync has decided not to work. The Dropbox on/off switch under backup on my 316 will not stay in the on position. Not sure where I should look first to be honest!

What is the current firmware version of your NAS?

I was on 6.2.2, now on 6.2.3 beta. It does the same on both and the OS was reinstalled just a few days ago. No luck 😞

Since the Dropbox on/off switch under backup on your RN316 still will not stay in the "on" position, have you tried using other browsers like Firefox or Safari? Or using other PCs/laptops to isolate the problem?

another user had a similar problem when the DNS settings were not set correctly while using a static IP address.
