Duo V2 RAIDiator 5.3.5: How to change USB drive share name?
It appears that under 5.3.5 the changing of the share name for a USB drive is inaccessible from the gui admin. Is there a way to force the change of the share name for an attached USB drive?
Thanks
Thanks

You can not change the name for usb share, but what i do is create folders inside the usb share and set those in the path for my backups.

You cant change the name of the USB share? That seems like a bug. You were are to do it on the previous versions of RAIDiator. I can do it on my NV+ with 4.1.8. Is this limited to the DuoV2? What about on the NV+v2 and others?

NV+ v2 will be the same as it runs the same firmware, i think you will find its not a bug, the reason i think its set up this way is to stop you from mixing up usb devices because it gives each seperate drive a unique label, eg: lets say you have 3 usb drives that you use for backups and you set up different backup jobs for each one, and you plug in the wrong drive this will stop you from using the wrong drive as it will say the target no longer exists because of the unique label it gives each drive.
Edit: try for yourself plug different usb devices in and you will see it labels them eg: USB_HDD_1 USB_HDD_2 USB_HDD_3 and so on.
