Duo - user has not been authenticated
Hi newbe here. I have the Duo and all was working great. Now when I use Raidar I get the following message "The operation being requested was not performed because the user has not been authenticated" This may have been when I reset my password. Can someone please tell me how to overcome this. I know I can put it back to factory settings but I think this will lose all my data on the disk.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Re: Duo - user has not been authenticated
You may perform OS re-install. This will put reset the password of you NAS back to defaults but will not wipe your existing data. Please follow the instructions in this link:

Find the right procedure for the model of your Readynas. Please make sure that you follow the steps carefully.
