ERR: Used disks. Check RAIDar (dirty disks)

Hi, I'm lost and out of support possibilities on my ReadyNAS 104

Suddenly one day I lost my communicaton with the NAS.

Checked the display end it said: ERR: Disks dirty, check Raidar.

Raidar left me with only one option, format disks.

Thinking this 4 bay unit set up with RAID was fail safe as my data would be scattered on all four disk, so formatting the disk is NOT an option as this will kill all my data.

First I tried the "check disks" option in the boot menu, tha NAS spent all night goeing trough the disks, next morning, this message was displayed:

ERR: Used disks, check Raidar

I have tried booting the NAS without disks, with one disk, with two, with three, nothing works.

Now i've booted it up in debug mode, thinking i'd purchase support, cant seem to get that to work either, page goes blank when following the link to purchase.

PLEASE HELP, I'M LOST HERE!

(yes I know, it's smart to have backup somewhere else, lets not go there)

Have you tried using the support portal with a different web browser?

Are you trying to purchase the support using the account you used to the register the product?
