Hi everybody,
My ReadyNAS 104 version 6.9.2 didn't respond. I rebooted it.
One hour after Boot process, only one message displays : can_overcommit+20
I don't have SSH or Web access, only ping.
What can I do ?

One option is to use paid support (my.netgear.com).
Can you boot the NAS in read-only mode using the boot menu? See pages 28-29 here: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/READYNAS-100/ReadyNAS_%20OS6_Desktop_HM_EN.pdf

Re: Erreur can_overcommit
I booted in "Read only" mode.
The NAS displays "Resync 33,34 %".
I can access Web interface.

Re: Erreur can_overcommit
Good. You should confirm that you have access to your data.
Wait for the resync to complete. While that's going on:
- Most importantly, you should be backing up the data on your NAS before you reboot. If you need USB drives to do that, then purchase them right away. Back up the most critical data before then (as much as you can).
- click on the volume setting wheel and see if quotas are enabled. If they are, disable them.
- It would also be good to disable services that you don't need or can live without. For instance, the antivirus service.

Re: Erreur can_overcommit
OK. I don't use antivirus.
I will follow your advices and come back here when resync and backup are done.
Many thanks.

Re: Erreur can_overcommit
Hi StephenB,
Good News !
After RAID reconstructing, I could access all my datas then I made backups.
After rebooting in normal mode, all is ok.
I updated firmware 6.9.2 to 6.9.3 with success.
Thank you for your help.
