Error 5000001 timeout sending to device
I need help, i have no more access to my NAS 212, with the PC, access with the iphone and ipard works.
i tried to get in with an apple computer, but the result is the same.
thank you for your help.

Please be more specific. Are you using ReadyCloud or local access? SMB I assume? What error message(s) are you receiving?

i am using ready cloud and then i sign in: on the page top right, there is my name, but first comes the message no volumes or usb, followed by the message 500000001

Can you access the data on the PC w/o ReadyCloud?
