Error Code

In my NETGEAR ReadyNAS Admin Page under the Network tab the Error Reporter gave me a 4001010016 Code today. I have my home network set-up normally. Router, my PC's, and the RN316 is connected via ethernet to each other. I am having no problems with the internet and users can still download from my RN316. I do have the Anti-Virus app uninstalled. Can someone help me out? Thank you! 😉

Are you using bonding/teaming? Jumbo Frames? WoL?
Which firmware are you running?

Hi mdgm. Thank you for responding to my question. I don't think I am using any bonding, teaming, or jumbo frames because I don't even know what that is. lol. I am using 6.4.1 but the error code is gone and everything is back to normal. Thank you for your help!

What have you done to resolve the problem? Rebooting the unit perhaps? Anyway, we're glad that everything is back to normal.

While I was on the phone with customer service the code notification actually went away by itself. Pretty strange. Thaks for your concern guys. I greatly Appreciate it!
