Error backup job BackupHDD: destination cannot be accessed
Attempting incremental backup using USB Harddrive; previously have done both a full backup and an incremental. I can view all the files on the backup drive just fine but when I attempt to run the backup, I get the error message: Error backup job BackupHDD: destination cannot be accessed. Searched community answers and couldn't find anything relevant. (I have the most recent firmware installed.) Help!

Is your backup job configured to back up to a USB port or a USB share? If the latter, does the destination USB share match the connected drive USB share?

I actually did not completely understand what you were telling me but decided to set up another backup job to make sure I selected everything right. Once I did that, it worked fine. The "new" backup job is identical to the "old" one so I see no reason why it would work but it didn.
