Error encountered copying data from source path ==> /USB_HD
This popped up a year ago and we were never able to solve. We never tried the backup again and didn't spend the time to figure it out. The need has arisen for a backup, so if anyone can help it would be appreciated. There are 4 backup jobs - 3 of which complete successfully. The one that does not complete is our "WORK" directory which is the most important one.
Tasks we have completed per the troubleshooting/FAQ section:
+ the USB device is listed in Frontview.
+ we have tried moving usb the drive to alternate ports on the ReadyNAS.
+ we can successfully access the USB drive share over the network when it is connected to the ReadyNAS.
+ the USB drive is formatted with FAT32 through the ReadyNAS.
+ we tried searching the backup logs for lines starting with the word “cp:”, but there was nothing.
Thanks!
