Folders not listing (maybe after Firmware upgrade)
Hi there,
I have a problem with folders for my Music share not displaying through AFP or SMB (eth or Wifi).
AFP/SMB/DLNA are enabled.I am using a Macbook Pro for connecting.
Network perms are Admin group Read/Write, all others Read Only.
I have tried an open Everyone Read share, but still no joy.
Interestingly, my Sonos devices do see the share, and can play files via the NAS.
I can see all other folders (videos, docs) and they play fine over AFP/SMB either via the direct eth connections, or via WiFi.
I have reset permissions, but not sure what else to try.
Firmware version 6.2.4.
Could be related as updated very recently, however I do not often connect directly to the Share, instead using it through Sonos.
Help! 🙂

Re: Folders not listing (maybe after Firmware upgrade)
Hello tjech,
Welcome to the community!
If the Sonos sees the share and can play it then it means the NAS is sharing it. What OS of computer are you using to access the Music folder and not being able to see it? Have you tried using the "net use * /delete" command to disconnect from the share drive then re-map?
Have you tried on another computer?
Regards,
