Front-End stop working #24508990
Hi,
Have the same issue as everyone else except I don't have SSH turned on. Managed to get the device into Tech Support mode, Telnet into it and look at the file system.
Can't find /etc/apache2 directory. I'm assuming loading in this mode goes into the original image and not what actually runs.
Help

Re: Front-End stop working
Tech support mode is a low-level diagnostic mode. The disks don't have to be working for this mode to be used. The RAID is not even started automatically when the NAS is booted into that mode.

NB: A ReadyNas is not an excuse not to have a backup. Fire, theft, multiple disk failures, other hardware failure, floods, user negligence etc. can all result in loss of data.
