FrontView won't load

Something has happened to our RN102 NAS and FrontView will not load.

We're in the process of moving our data across onto the NAS but it crashed and now FrontView won't load after a reboot.

Is there a way to reinstall the frontview WITHOUT affecting the data on disks?

SSH is not enabled on the NAS, and I feel dumb for not enabling it.

I need to know asap, the data on this drive is VITAL.

Were you still able to ping the IP of the NAS?
Did you uninstall/install any apps prior to this happening?
What FW version are you running?
