Please see the response StephenB gave to your other posting Hard-Drive-Freezes-up-during-backup-ufsdapi-file-flush-365 .
Unfortunately, when the mods moved that message to the proper area, they did so in such a way that normal users cannot respond to it.

Here's what I posted there (just to keep things consolidated):

You selected "4200" for the model - which is a rackmount model. But ReadyNAS 4Plus sounds like you might mean a 4-bay Ultra Plus. Can you clarify exactly what you have? Also, let us know what firmware you are running.
Generally this type of error on the LCD means that the NAS crashed at that location.
I'd start by testing the USB disk in a windows PC, as UFSD is the Paragon driver that some NAS models use to write to USB drives.

It was difficult to use the Bulletine Board and find any NAS listed in my original search.
I have ReadyNAS Ultra 4 Plus with 3 8tb Ironwolf drives, and 1 4 tb HD
Firmware 6.10.3Freezes up during backup with only 1 share folder, the other ones work.
I ran a virus and malware scan on the drive but still get the error and crash.
