Having issues with MyNetgear account

Hi,

For some reason when I log into my MyNetgear account I can no longer find the list of registered devices. I had several Routers and a ReadyNas registered. I have always had issues accessing my ReadyNas when trying to log into my ReadyCloud. It never migrated correctly. So I just always used the IP address to log in locally. I have no idea what happened. Is there a way to get in touch with someone that can look up my account by my e-mails address to see what may have happened? I know there isn't much info here. I just don't know how to explain it any better.
