How do you know when a defrag is complete?
How will I know when defrag completes? Will it be in my logs?
At least with balance, there was a progress meter. With defrag, I only see an entry in the log that it started.

Re: How do you know when a defrag is complete?
Much appreciated. My log updated with a successful message about the same time your reply came in so that was good timing. Now if I can just figure out why the ReadNAS GUI is showing nearly 420GB of snapshop space usage when I have no snapshots. That may be a follow up post if my second attempt to balance/defrag/scrub does not gain any space (again).
