How to wipe drives clean and start from scratch???

I use my Ready NAS Duo as a Time Machine backup almost exclusively.

After updating my Macbook to 10.8, I ended up somehow creating a new backup on my ReadyNAS.

How can I wipe both my drives clean and start from scratch???

Firmware: RAIDiator 4.1.9 [1.00a043]


(I am in the process of updating my firmware, so don't comment on that.)
