I Cannot access login page

Hi,

I cannot access to login page. I have ping to storage but I cannot access to it.

I have tried factory resetting but not work. and tried upgrade firmware but not work.

what I do to  show me the page ؟

By the way, I can  login via Telnet  but I not have username & password for telnet.

Have you tried running a Memory test from the Boot Menu option?

Here's how to do it.

Also you may want to try doing USB Boot Recovery
