So you don't have a backup?
Sounds like you should contact support though there would be some costs involved with looking into this.

You could go to netgear.com/support and fill out the contact us form. You'd be presented with your options to turn it into a case. There would be some costs involved. If it ends up being a data recovery case it could cost quite a bit.
