Incremental backup from Duo v2
I can't find any info in the Duo v2 software manual on whether incremental backup from shares to an external (USB, front) disk -- or any other source/target combinations, for that matter -- is based on date stamp comparison between source and target or on the status of the archive bit on source files. I am asking because I have problems establishing a first (full) backup through the RAIDiator (5.3.10) backup facility, so I am considering a file copy procedure instead to establish a basis for later incremental backups (after a major overhaul of the Duo with risk of data loss); but I guess that strategy would rely on date stamp comparison. Right?
